How You Can Prepare For Your Upcoming Adventure
Have you completed your booking by sending the required information at least 48 hours before the start of your booking?
- Proof of Valid Driver’s License: A clear photo of both the front and back of your driver’s license will work.
- Proof of Insurance: Please send me a photo of your insurance details. If you do not have proof of insurance, I can provide you with a link to a trusted third-party provider.

When you arrive on Kauai where do you get the truck?
Upon your arrival in Kauai, I will personally greet you at the baggage claim area. Once you have collected your luggage, I will accompany you across the street to where the truck is parked.
During this time, I will provide you with a comprehensive overview of the truck’s features and functionalities, and I will be happy to address any questions you may have.

When & where do I bring the truck back to?
When Do I Need To Return The Truck?
I would appreciate it if you could return the truck by 11am on the day of your departure. If you require more time, please do not hesitate to inform me, and we can discuss alternative arrangements.
Where Do I Return The Truck?
I’ll work with you to determine a convenient drop-off location for the truck. If it’s easier for you, we can even arrange to meet at the airport for the drop-off. Let’s discuss the details and find a solution that works best for you.
What condition should I bring the truck back in?
To ensure that the truck is returned in good condition, please avoid taking the tent through a car wash, as this could potentially cause damage.
I kindly request that you take care of the accommodation during your adventure and return it in good condition. To assist with this, a small vacuum, and cleaning supplies is provided to help you keep things clean.
Additionally, please ensure that the truck is returned with a full tank of gas, as it was given to you. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
